Expozine aura lieu samedi et dimanche, 13 et 14 novembre 2010, de 12h à 18h, au 5035, rue Saint-Dominique (Église Saint-Enfant Jésus, entre Laurier et Saint-Joseph, près du métro Laurier). ENTREE GRATUITE.
PARTY D’OUVERTURE : VENDREDI 12 NOVEMBRE, 20:30 – minuit, avec musique par Tony Ezzy et Super Fossil Power, lectures par Mathieu Arsenault, Sherwin Tjia et plus !! $5, La Sala Rossa, 4848 St-Laurent.
EXPOZINE brings together nearly 300 creators of all kinds of publications– from books to zines to graphic novels – in both English and French. In the past nine years, Expozine has become one of North America’s largest small press fairs, attracting thousands of visitors as well as exhibitors from across North America and even Europe!
There will also be a series of discussions and readings in the side room during Expozine:
Saturday, 2 p.m. Readings featuring Luna Allison and guests.
Saturday 3 p.m. Presentation de La Fanzinothèque de Poitiers, France avec Cécile Guillemet et Christophe Beaudeau
Sunday 2 pm Lectures présentées par les Productions Arreuh avec Marie-Paule Grimaldi et invités.
Sunday 3 pm Presentation: A look at art zines/ collaborative zines with Danielle St-Amour (Palimpsest Magazine), Thanh Truc Trinh, Didier Lerebours (Pica Magazine)

300 créateurs de la chose imprimée : livres, fanzines, bandes dessinées et ce, en anglais comme en français, pour une des plus grandes foires de Montréal. Depuis les neuf dernières années, Expozine s’est développée de manière exponentielle, à travers ses milliers de visiteurs, devenant ainsi une figure de proue dans son domaine. Les exposants proviennent de partout au Canada, de France et des États-Unis, pour venir présenter leur travail dans le cadre de la manifestation bilingue de l’édition indépendante la plus réputée en Amérique!
