Montreal, November 9, 2005. Accenti, the Canadian Magazine with an Italian Accent, is announcing today that it will resume publication in 2006, with the relaunch issue slated for January.

Accenti is an English-language, upscale publication aimed at the 1.5 million Italian Canadians across the country and italophiles in Canada and all over the world. Its mission is to inform and entertain with content inspired by the convergence of cultures..

Due to the article in la Presse and the incredible response from the public, the show will go on for a few more weeks! This Sunday there is a 'meet the artist' session from 1:00 to 5:00pm. All welcome.

After a long break from painting I am back with the muses, riding my horse through white gesso landscapes. How can my creation affect the world I inhabit? What can I do besides criticize and join the choir of dormant complainers...?

Porte Parole is a theatre company founded in 1998 by Annabel Soutar and Alex Ivanovici. Its unique mandate is "to provide the community with an artistic forum in which to examine its public affairs"...and by extension.."to stimulate public discourse."

About the Author

The author has been a computer programmer for most of his adult life, and for the last twenty-five years was a teacher of Computer Science in a college in Montreal. He is now retired. Apart from that, nothing much has happened--outwardly.

For some years his youth, he ran around Europe, trying to learn foreign languages while supporting himself by writing computer programs and teaching English to foreigners. But nothing notable happened until he saw the Goddess.
