WHO ARE WE?

Invisible Cities Network, based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada is a group of active writers, aspiring writers and self-publishers of fiction, non-fiction, poetry, journalism, children’s literature and educational resources. We are interested in supporting our members’ creative endeavours as well as collaborating on joint publishing ventures, Conferences, Performance Poetry and Theatre events.

We invite writers to join an informal, friendly support group. Members meet regularly to share their creative work and offer mutual assistance, encouragement and critique. Please email us at christina at princechameleon.com if you wish to receive regular email updates from the Invisible Cities Network and monthly invitations to our meetings.

WHAT DO WE DO?

We hold regular monthly meetings on subjects related to the writing and self-publishing process, as well as offering helpful feedback and support for members with regard to their works-in-progress.

We organize Conferences and Spoken Word events featuring public readings of poetry and prose

  • We network with resource members, such as artists, illustrators, musicians, professional researchers, translators and archivists who may be available to collaborate on various projects, as required.

We maintain an e-mail directory for ease of communication among members.

  • We invite occasional guest speakers to address the group.

We produce an illustrated chapbook of members’ literary works.

  • We publicize literary and arts events. Please visit our Home page for current events.
