Danse Danse and the Segal Centre presents a work-in-progress by La Otra Orilla
A new work-in-progress by acclaimed Montreal flamenco company La Otra Orilla, directed by dancer Myriam Allard and singer Hedi “El Moro” Graja. This new piece displays a rigorous blend of dance, music and video and will delight the spectator with its hybrid, iconoclastic flamenco, richly poetic and very contemporary style.

Voeikoff-Erens uses urban weekly free newspapers as his medium. Going beyond the frame of the traditional canvas, he uses these magazines to create the structure of his paintings. A painting that is not a newspaper but embodies it within. Voeikoff-Erens’ paintings are sculptural, reversible and malleable.
