Write-on-Q, Infinithéâtre's annual playwriting competition 2022

Author: Christina - Published 2022-04-05 09:47 - (877 Reads)
Calling all playwrights!
Submissions are now open for our annual playwriting competition, Write-on-Q. We are seeking innovative and exciting new plays from Québec playwrights and Indigenous playwrights from across Canada. Selected by a jury of industry professionals, the winner of Write-on-Q will be awarded a cash prize of $3000 and will be featured as part of The Pipeline, our annual free public reading series. Each Pipeline reading is followed by a talk-back, allowing the audience and creative team an opportunity to discuss in-depth the structure and themes of the play. These discussions provide valuable feedback for script development and future programming.

The deadline for submissions to Write-on-Q is September 6th, 2022.
